Dr. David Cook
Dr. David Cook moved to Wenatchee following completion of his Pediatric Residency at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. Although he and his wife are Wisconsin natives, and loyal to The Green Bay Packers, since 1986 he has considered this an ideal valley in which to raise his five children. Dr. Cook enjoys outdoor activities and time with his family.
Dr. Jerry Crawford
Dr. Jerry Crawford received his medical degree from the University of Utah and completed his Pediatric training at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. He has been caring for children in Wenatchee since 1986. Dr. Crawford and his wife, Denise, raised their 4 children in Wenatchee and have been very involved in youth, school, church and community activities. They continue to enjoy these things as well as spending time with family and friends, hiking and taking in the beauty of the Wenatchee Valley.
Dr. Peter Keyser
Dr. Peter Keyser was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated from Stanford University before earning his medical degree from the University of California, San Diego. He completed his pediatric training at Seattle Children’s, where he was Chief Pediatric Resident. After three years in the U.S. Public Health Service serving on the White Mountain Apache Reservation in eastern Arizona, Dr. Keyser moved to Wenatchee and joined Columbia Pediatrics in 1996. He enjoys practicing the full spectrum of pediatrics from newborn care through adolescence. Dr. Keyser is married with four children and enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, hiking, and bicycling in his free time.
Dr. Shauna Hornby
Dr. Shauna Hornby grew up in Lodi, California. She completed her undergraduate studies at Walla Walla College in College Place, WA. She graduated from Loma Linda University Medical School and completed her Pediatric Residency at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital. Dr. Hornby joined Columbia Pediatrics in 2006. She and her husband, Travis, enjoy football, traveling, scuba diving and playing with their two chocolate labs, Ella and Moose.
